  Notes/Description:        
Quick Version: Ran with a bad inner city crowd until High School. Little brother got shot in gang fight. Decided to get a way and joined the Air Force. Did his minimum tour and got his GED. Got an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement and joined to force. Because of his background, he was well suited to the Narcotics squad and he got an quick (but not necessarily easy) ride up to Detective. After a few years, he was closing in on a major importer for the region. His case was taken over by the Feds and he signed up just to stay on the same case. With his experience and background, he got in. From there, he ended up on the Vilkites because of a political move to put some more 'Civillians' into the program.
